		<description>What you see in your inbox is a small percentage of the spam addressed to you, yet spammers put even more effort into reaching the inbox than you do.

The email marketing industry needs to stop thinking of it as a battle against ISP anti-spam filters, and instead think of it as a battle against the spammers.  Make sure your mail doesn&#039;t look anything like spam -- not just in the text and formatting, but in &lt;i&gt;all&lt;/i&gt; of your mailing practices.
