I have tried in vain to unsubscribe from my ill-advised "Gold" membership--and these suckers just won't respond. Their "unsubscribe" page presents itself as a "Help" question box. You're supposed to put in your "question" and their "Help Team will get back to you." In what lifetime? Please, give me useful information. My only option at this point appears to be to go to my credit card each month and ask that the charges be reversed.
