Great post. As an ESP (Bronto), I think you&#039;ve absolutely nailed it. Vetting out category #4 (subversive prospect) is by far the hardest. You can ask tons of questions. We are learning that the key is introducing their list slowing. At Bronto, we call it onboarding. This helps us (and the client) learn a bit more about their list growth processes and how ISPs view them.
