Lets say we are sending on behalf of one of our clients that reside in the EU but are sending to US recipients. What laws should we have them abide to? Who their sending to or what country their corporation resides? we have them follow the laws the CAN-SPAM act and some formations of the EU laws but what SHOULD it be? -no need to post this comment.
