The blog spammers are still actively attempting to get their claws into my blog. Today the comments included:

The only sensible thing to do is refer the commenter to today’s XKCD:
LOL!!!
So true…
I also like the comments like – “this was just what i was looking for for my work/school project…” or “We are debating the same thing over on our site [link]”
I got tired of the these so I started my own blog comment IP Based Block list.
